Managing Innovative Work Behavior: The Role of Member-Leader Exchange, Organizational Climate and Psychological Empowerment

In today’s digital era, the existence of innovative work behavior is crucial for an organization. Understanding employee critical organizational executives who want to forecast and generate productive staff performance. Leaders must comprehend know each individual in their organization as part this proactive practice. The main objective study determine contribution leader-member exchange, climate psychological empowerment encouraging behavior. sample amounted 120 respondents were determined using purposive sampling approach. Data collection used a questionnaire instrument which was then distributed online. analysis conducted SPSS application by displaying data processing results through research tests with validity reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient determination, hypothesis testing. Based on it concluded that exchange contributed positively significantly subsequent studies confirmed but not latest explained contributes behavior.
