Management of Papilla Penetrating Frenum Using Z-plasty Technique - A Case Report

Frenectomy is a surgical procedure that commonly used to address issues related the frenulum which can affect speech and cause midline diastema looks unesthetic. Z-plasty modification of standard frenectomy reposition improve outcomes. This article provides an overview by using Z-plasty, including in detail, potential risks complications, discussion its clinical applications outcomes.
