Management of National Curriculum Integration and Islamic Boarding Schools to Improve the Quality of Graduates at Islamic Boarding Schools in South Tangerang

This research is motivated by the problem of low quality education graduates in Indonesia, not yet optimal management programs, human resources, finance, institutions, and school accountability, learning Islamic boarding schools carried out outside hours allowing for deepening improvement. an system that a school, because with this student becomes more focused, qualified adequate, supervision educational staff programs has been optimally, application modern so it implications graduates. The purpose study was to determine activities planning, organizing, evaluating, obstacles encountered solutions overcome obstacles. uses qualitative method based on results observations, interviews documentation. main theory, namely theory GR Terry. show: 1) In planning integration National curriculum Boarding School improve schools. through series analysis processes, drafting program plans, socialization, financing, documentation bottom-up-top-down or top-down-bottom-up approach, which implies change paradigm 2) implementation school. steps socializing technical implementation, monitoring, bottom up - top down approach achievement goals improving outcomes; 3) evaluation self-evaluation, internal audits teacher competency evaluations, review meetings, external programs; 4) Constraints form differences between academic year budget year, unpreparedness accept changes paradigm, lack knowledge experience Schools have impact weak competitiveness institutions. 5) Solutions, integrating all components, compiling guidelines, upgrading resources supporting facilities, building organizational culture partnerships obligation institutional competitiveness, performance, outputs, outcomes. conclusion study, at South Tangerang City, Banten Province, stages there are still weaknesses Human Resources support from Schools.
