چکیده

Background: Cercospora leaf spot of mothbean caused by canescens Ellis and Martin is one the most important fungal diseases causing damage to crop. C. causes losses yield in major Mothbean growing areas Rajasthan. Its affects foliation severe infection damaged entire crop that lead loss up 50-70%. In this, Check efficacy new molecules available market should be analyzed with this disease. Methods: Nine fungicides were tested at four concentrations (50, 100, 150 200 ppm) under vitro conditions CRD design against also field conditions. The experiment was conducted Research Farm College Agriculture, SKRAU, Bikaner, during Kharif 2019 RBD application foliar spray nine different disease mothbean. Result: Among these molecule tested, trifloxystrobin 25% + tebuconazole 50% WG carbendazim 12% mancozeb 63% WP highly effective maximum inhibition mycelial growth (100.00%) ppm concentrations. results vivo studies revealed spraying 0.15% helped manage successfully reduced intensity (15.51%) control (72.71%) recorded highest (8.10 q ha-1) as appropriate time.

Effect of Variety and Apron Star on Incidence and Severity of Cercospora Leaf Spot Disease of Cowpea (Vigna unguiculata) in Sokoto, North-Western Nigeria

Cowpea (Vigna unguiculata L.) Walp is known to be affected by several fungal, bacterial and viral diseases. One of such fungal diseases reported to cause serious yield loss in the cowpea is the Cercospora leaf spot disease caused by two fungi namely, Cercospora canescens Ellis and Martin and Cercospora cruenta [1]. Yield loss attributed to Cercosora leaf spot in susceptible cowpea variety varie...

Species of Cercospora associated with grey leaf spot of maize

Grey leaf spot is a serious yield-reducing disease of maize (Zea mays) in many parts of the world where this crop is cultivated. The causal organism associated with the disease is Cercospora zeae-maydis. Two potential sibling species have been recognized as Groups I and II. The DNA sequences for the internal transcribed spacers (ITS1 & ITS2), the 5.8S rRNA gene, elongation factor 1-alpha, histo...

Matching-Based Cercospora Leaf Spot Detection in Sugar Beet

In this paper, we propose a robust disease detection method, called adaptive orientation code matching (Adaptive OCM), which is developed from a robust image registration algorithm: orientation code matching (OCM), to achieve continuous and site-specific detection of changes in plant disease. We use two-stage framework for realizing our research purpose; in the first stage, adaptive OCM was emp...
