MANAGEMENT MULTIPLE UTERINE MYOMA IN PREGNANCY: A CASE REPORT

Uterine myoma is a benign tumor originating from the smooth muscle of uterus. In general, uterine myomas are asymptomatic and found incidentally during ultrasound examination pregnancy. We report that 39-year-old woman with GIIP1001 admitted she was 40 weeks pregnant came complaints intermittent abdominal pain started at 04.00 in morning, getting worse 2 hours before MRS. Complaints accompanied by discharge blood mucus through vagina. The patient married times distance between first child second 19 years. patient's vital signs were within normal limits. On physical examination, there palpable mass surface seemed to stick Obstetrical revealed: fundal height: 32cm, HIS + adequate, fetal heart rate 140 beats/minute, performance; head position. When vaginal touch performed, it an opening 1 cm 25% thinning, membranes still intact. diagnosed UK 40-41 weeks+ Single live intra Primary old secondary myoma. underwent cesarean section, outcome baby mother good. Intraoperative findings measuring more than 5 located subserosa intramural so supravaginal hysterectomy. age above 35 years one considerations for tubectomy.

A viable infant was delivered at 30 weeks' gestation following premature rupture of the membranes.
