Magnetoresistive sensor detectivity: A comparative analysis
نویسندگان
چکیده
We report on the noise performance characteristics of magnetic sensors using both tunnel junction (MTJ) and giant magnetoresistance (GMR) elements. Each sensor studied has a notably different detectivity. Of we measured, those based GMR multilayers have lowest However, also significantly smaller linear range. To make direct comparison between sensors, scale operating ranges each to be same. This is phenomenological equivalent modifying flux concentration. Upon scaling, low frequency detectivity tunneling (TMR) becomes essentially equal that sensor. Using scaling approach, are able place in context other key parameters, namely, size power consumption. Finally, use this technique examine upper limit for magnetoresistive notional MTJ present record setting TMR values.

Nonlinear AC Response and Noise of a Giant Magnetoresistive Sensor
We compare bridge voltage response measurements to ac magnetic fields from a giant magnetoresistive sensor with noise measurements on the same sensor. The small-signal response (for applied ac magnetic fields between 0.1 mOe rms and 30 mOe) is much less than is the slope of a dc voltage versus field curve, because of hysteretic effects. Noise statistics are used to estimate the size and number ...
متن کاملapplying transitivity theory to gender analysis of efl textbook: : a comparative study.
efl/esl textbooks have been regarded as essential language teaching materials with which the learners spend about 70 up to 90 percent of their class time. the important role they play and their vast use make them not only influential in learning the language but also in shaping values and attitudes. put it another way, textbooks socialize learners using their contents (i.e. texts, illustrations...
15 صفحه اولA Magnetoresistive Tactile Sensor for Harsh Environment Applications
A magnetoresistive tactile sensor is reported, which is capable of working in high temperatures up to 140 °C. Hair-like bioinspired structures, known as cilia, made out of permanent magnetic nanocomposite material on top of spin-valve giant magnetoresistive (GMR) sensors are used for tactile sensing at high temperatures. The magnetic nanocomposite, consisting of iron nanowires incorporated into...
متن کاملa comparative pragmatic analysis of the speech act of “disagreement” across english and persian
the speech act of disagreement has been one of the speech acts that has received the least attention in the field of pragmatics. this study investigates the ways power relations, social distance, formality of the context, gender, and language proficiency (for efl learners) influence disagreement and politeness strategies. the participants of the study were 200 male and female native persian s...
15 صفحه اولMagnetoresistive performance and comparison of supermagnetic nanoparticles on giant magnetoresistive sensor-based detection system
Giant magnetoresistive (GMR) biosensors have emerged as powerful tools for ultrasensitive, multiplexed, real-time electrical readout, and rapid biological/chemical detection while combining with magnetic particles. Finding appropriate magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) and its influences on the detection signal is a vital aspect to the GMR bio-sensing technology. Here, we report a GMR sensor based d...
