چکیده
Abstract The paper analyzes the influence of hard and soft admixture on functional properties multiferroic ceramic composites. Two composite materials via solid-state reaction route were obtained. PZT-type (with or admixture) selected as ferroelectric component (90%), nickel–zinc ferrite magnetic (10%). doping type (soft component) composites’ dielectric, ferroelectric, electromechanical, magnetic, magnetoelectric analyzed. Microstructural studies revealed microstructure composites with correct distribution in matrix, suitable for maintaining both materials. Research has shown that using a PZT (from morphotropic region doped ferroelectrically niobium shows many advantages, positively influencing composite. It ensures effective polarization sample, obtaining high effect, which is required sensors converters. higher stability physical parameters, but its characteristic property also hinders sample.

Magnetoelectric Multiferroic Composites
Magnetoelectric (ME) multiferroics are materials in which ferromagnetism and ferroelectricity occur simultaneously and coupling between the two is enabled. Applied magnetic field H gives rise to an induced polarization P which can be expressed in terms of magnetic field by the expression, P=┙H, where ┙ is the ME-susceptibility tensor. Most of the known single-phase ME materials are known to sho...
متن کاملMagnetoelectric and multiferroic properties of ternary copper chalcogenides Cu2MMS4
We investigate theoretically the ternary copper chalcogenides with the general formula Cu2MMS4. This family of compounds can crystallize in two different non-centrosymmetric structures, I 4̄2m or Pnm21. We show that all the reported members of Cu2MMS4 having the Pnm21 symmetry exhibit a large spontaneous polarization. This result suggests that several of these materials are likely to be multifer...
متن کاملMagnetoelectric coupling in the multiferroic compound LiCu2O2
We investigate the possible types of coupling between ferroelectricity and magnetism for the zigzag spin chain multiferroic compound LiCu2O2. We construct a multi-order-parameter phenomenological model for the material based on a group theoretical analysis. We find that a theory involving interchain magnetoelectric coupling belonging to the same unit cell explains the experimental results of Pa...
متن کاملSynthetic magnetoelectric coupling in a nanocomposite multiferroic
Given the paucity of single phase multiferroic materials (with large ferromagnetic moment), composite systems seem an attractive solution to realize magnetoelectric coupling between ferromagnetic and ferroelectric order parameters. Despite having antiferromagnetic order, BiFeO3 (BFO) has nevertheless been a key material due to excellent ferroelectric properties at room temperature. We studied a...

We report here realization of ferroelectricity, ferromagnetism and magnetocapacitance effect in singleSrFe12O19ceramic at room temperature. The ceramics demonstrate a saturated polarization hysteresis loop, two nonlinear I-V peaks and large anomaly of dielectric constant near Curie temperature, which confirm the intrinsic ferroelectricity of SrFe12O19 ceramicswith subsequent heat-treatment in O...
