The structure, optical and magneto-optical properties of colloidal solutions iron oxide nanoparticles obtained by pulsed ablation in distilled water, both without additives with various functional additives: gold-hydrochloric acid, silicon oxide, polyvinylpyrrolidone, have been studied. It is shown that the main magnetic phase magnetite Fe 3 O 4 . size distribution degree their agglomeration depend on additives. In absence latter, a very wide distributions strong particles are observed. narrowest curve maximum corresponding to ~7 nm an almost complete observed for synthesized presence polyvinylpyrrolidone. shape spectral dependence circular dichroism, which generally corresponds spectrum magnetite, undergoes some modifications additives, associated defects ions between different positions crystal.
