It is commonly believed that neutron stars exceeding the maximum mass limit for stability could be formed in aftermath of binary star mergers, enjoying a short life metastability before losing centrifugal support and collapsing to black hole. suggested here similar scenario take place when remnant's excess supported by an ultra-strong $(\gtrsim 10^{17}\,\mbox{G})$ magnetic field generated during, shortly after, coalescence. We show such 'magnetically supramassive' stave off collapse survive few years their energy sufficiently dissipated due ambipolar diffusion. In addition, we speculate on multi-messenger signatures objects discuss robustness our results against limitations placed superfluidity magneto-thermal evolution.
