Magnetic field induced neutrino chiral transport near equilibrium

Based on the recently formulated chiral radiation transport theory for left-handed neutrinos, we study of neutrinos near thermal equilibrium in core-collapse supernovae. We first compute near-equilibrium solution equation under relaxation time approximation, where is directly derived from effective field weak interaction. By using such a solution, systematically derive analytic expressions nonequilibrium corrections neutrino energy-momentum tensor and number current induced by magnetic fields via absorption nucleons. In particular, find energy proportional to field. also discuss its phenomenological consequences as possible relation pulsar kicks.
