Introduction . Since 2021, adoption of building information modeling technologies has become mandatory in constructing objects using technologies. Processes buildings and structures have remained unchanged over the past two years. The time-saving effect digitalization construction not been achieved, need to develop models capital resulted additional costs for manual identification data array regulatory documents ignoring most existing requirements. Standard technical documents, even if they are written automation purposes, do provide possible automated isolation when working with them. Aim : methods translating standard into a machine-readable format based on marking up codes classifier.
