In Ethiopia, sawmills have poor capacity utilization primarily due to the outdated equipment that resulted in a low recovery rate and production of high amount wastage. The lumber is output (lumber) log sawing process. Cupressus lusitanica significantly used for lumber, furniture production, construction, poles posts. Sampled logs were processed according normal standard dimension sawmill purpose estimating rate. present study aimed investigate C. factors affecting it.
