چکیده

The objective of this study was the assessment antioxidant and cytotoxic activity from Tanacetum dolicophyllum. Soxhlet extraction has been used for preparing plant extracts which five solvents have used, i.e., Petroleum ether, benzene, ethyl acetate, ethanol, water. Proteins, tannins, phlobatannins, amino acids, carbohydrates, alkaloids, steroids, flavonoids, glycosides, cardiac phenols were detected in sample extracts. In phytochemical screening extracts, acetate ethanolic extract show best results further leads to investigation activity. Ferric-Reducing Antioxidant Power (FRAP), 2,2-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), Reducing assay, Phosphomolybdenum assays performed estimate RPA TAC, absorbance increases as there is an increase concentration. DPPH FRAP showed good results. assay with 172.73(µg/ml) 171.07(µg/ml) IC50 values. had highest MTT investigate anticancer discovered that against HeLa cells 75 µg/mL compared a normal cell line J774A.
