Long-term efficacy and safety of RazumabTM (biosimilar ranibizumab) in Indian patients with retinal diseases: results from retrospective REAR RD-2 study

<p><strong>Background:</strong> To evaluate risk factors associated with retinal diseases and efficacy safety of Razumab<sup>TM</sup> (biosimilar ranibizumab) in the management Indian patients wet age-related macular degeneration (wet AMD), diabetic edema (DME), vein occlusion (RVO) myopic choroidal neovascularization (mCNV).</p><p><strong>Methods:</strong> In retrospective, observational REAR RD-2 study, all who were treated biosimilar ranibizumab included from multiple sites. The demographic parameters, disease characteristics treatment details recorded. Efficacy assessments improvement best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), decrease central subfield thickness (CSFT), intra-retinal fluid (IRF) sub-retinal (SRF) baseline to week 48.</p><p><strong>Results:</strong> Data 1422 AMD-27.57%; DME-30.7%, RVO-33.47%; mCNV-5.48%), ranibizumab, was analyzed. most common age group 61-70 years (36.6%). ocular factor identified glaucoma (24.90%). A total 85.72% naïve 14.28% previously patients. Biosimilar resulted significant (p<0.05) improvements mean BCVA CSFT, proportion IRF SRF significantly reduced throughout treatment. No new concerns observed.</p><p><strong>Conclusions:</strong> Retinal are more years. Glaucoma for diseases. Long-term effective well-tolerated including wAMD, DME, RVO mCNV real-world scenario. </p><p><strong> </strong></p>
