چکیده
Clone RRIT 251, a primary clone, was developed by RAOT (Thailand) with promising high yield potential. Low frequencies of tapping (LFT) tested using 8-year-old trees to characterize the performance clone 251 under such latex harvesting systems. The aim study assess response LFT related some biochemical indicators cells’ metabolism. experiment established at Sithiporn Kridakorn Research Station Kasetsart University, Prachuap Khirikhan Province, Thailand. experimental randomized Fisher block design consisted 3 treatments. These were abbreviated T1: S/2 d2 opening BO-1 1.5 m, T2: d3 ET 2.5 % Pa1 (1) 6/y 1.3 m and T3: d4 8/y 1.2 m. Three replications conducted 55 per treatment in each plot. Analysis variance (ANOVA; F test) has been used compare treatments Duncan’s multiple range test (DMRT) significant level p < 0.05. Results showed that daily greatly increased when lower frequencies. Existing plant types of rubber tree after planting and available tapping tree were investigated, and there were about 28 rubber plantations with different tapping years of 8 varieties “CATAS7-33-97”, “CATAS8-79”, “CATAS7-20-59”, “PR107”, “RRIM600”, “GT1”, “INA873”, “93-114” in South China. The results showed that there were six kinds of existing plant types of rubber tree after planting of rubb...
متن کاملTranscriptome analyses reveal molecular mechanism underlying tapping panel dryness of rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis)
Tapping panel dryness (TPD) is a serious threat to natural rubber yields from rubber trees, but the molecular mechanisms underlying TPD remain poorly understood. To identify TPD-related genes and reveal these molecular mechanisms, we sequenced and compared the transcriptomes of bark between healthy and TPD trees. In total, 57,760 assembled genes were obtained and analyzed in details. In contras...

A simple framework to analyze water constraints on seasonal transpiration in rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis) plantations
Climate change and fast extension in climatically suboptimal areas threaten the sustainability of rubber tree cultivation. A simple framework based on reduction factors of potential transpiration was tested to evaluate the water constraints on seasonal transpiration in tropical sub-humid climates, according pedoclimatic conditions. We selected a representative, mature stand in a drought-prone a...
