Long-term creep behavior of timber columns: Experimental and numerical protocols

چکیده
This work deals with an experimental and numerical approach to determining the differed behavior of compressed wood elements subjected creep loading. An protocol is associated a mechanical model, whose purpose isolate effects from those shrinkage-swelling, while allowing for long duration test be conducted. The based on compression applied five wooden columns disposed in climatic room one year. model use Kelvin-Voigt rheological shrinkage-swelling element. optimization study proposed order interpolate parameters respect measurements. In context linear viscoelastic behavior, result this interpolation allows propose extrapolation times. Within framework European code, Eurocode 5, project aims identify long-term coefficient (kdef) adapted elements, addition evaluating partial coefficients as function loading class.
