Long-term Control of Nasal Tip Position: Quantitative Assessment of Caudal Septal Extension Graft

Abstract Goals/Purpose Control of nasal tip position is critical in final rhinoplasty outcomes. Two frequent methods exerting control are columellar strut and caudal septal extension grafts. Past work has demonstrated that grafts better able to preserve rotation over time. However, there no quantitative data describing long term projection with grafts, which essential the aesthetic result. The purpose this study was analyze maintenance following graft.
