چکیده
To explore the regulation and potential mechanism of long non-coding ribonucleic acid taurine upregulated gene 1 on apoptosis cell cycle osteoblasts is main purpose. The overexpression plasmid small interfering were used to regulate expression in osteoblasts. was detected by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction effect flow cytometry, western blot analyses detect division control protein 42 homolog combined with functional recovery experiments verify that regulated through homolog. Silencing promoted blocked from entering growth 2 phase/mitotic phase. Overexpression had no significant inhibited In addition, compared group, overexpression+cell antagonist group increased significantly. Compared silencing silencing+cell agonist significantly reduced number phase increased. promotes prevented downregulating normal level maintains stabilizing

Long non-coding RNA FOXO1 inhibits lung cancer cell growth through down-regulating PI3K/AKT signaling pathway
Objective(s): Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors, which seriously threatens the health and life of the people. Recently, a novel long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) termed lncFOXO1 was found and investigated in breast cancer. However, the effect of lncFOXO1 on lung cancer is still ambiguous. The current study aimed to uncover the functions of lncFOXO1 in l...
متن کاملCell cycle and apoptosis: A review
Cancer is characterized by abnormally excessive cell proliferation. Cell proliferation, the process by which a cell grows and divides to produce two daughter cells. Each of these daughter cells divides to produce two new cells, steps that are called cell cycle. Meanwhile, apoptosis is a highly regulated process of cell death, which is involved not only in the development of shape and morphogene...
متن کاملLong non-coding RNA ANRIL is upregulated in hepatocellular carcinoma and regulates cell apoptosis by epigenetic silencing of KLF2
BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the leading causes of cancer-related death, especially in China. And the mechanism of its progression remains poorly understood. Growing evidence indicates that long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are found to be dysregulated in many cancers, including HCC. ANRIL, a lncRNA co-clustered mainly with p14/ARF has been reported to be dysregulated in gas...
متن کاملProducing Soluble Human Programmed Cell Death Protein-1: A Natural supporter for CD4+T cell Cytotoxicity and Tumor Cells Apoptosis
Background: Programmed cell death protein-1 (PD-1)/PD-L1 pathway is one of the immune checkpoint pathways involved in regulation of the immune responses and suppression of anti-tumor defense. PD-1/B7-H1-blocking antibodies improve immune responses such as cytotoxic activity of CD8+/CD4+T cells and also increase mortality of tumor cells; however their use is accompanied by adverse effects in pat...
