چکیده
Adaptive cross-region-based guided image filtering (ACR-GIF) is a commonly used cost aggregation method. However, the weights of points in adaptive cross-region (ACR) are generally not considered, which affects accuracy disparity results. In this study, we propose an improved method to address issue. First, orthogonal weight proposed according structural feature ACR, and then each point ACR computed. Second, matching volume filtered using ACR-GIF with (ACR-GIF-OW). order reduce computing time method, efficient weighted based on proposed. Additionally, by combining ACR-GIF-OW our recently computation refinement local stereo algorithm as well. The results Middlebury evaluation platform show that, compared ACR-GIF, can significantly improve less additional overhead, performance outperforms other state-of-the-art nonlocal algorithms.

Local Stereo Matching Using Adaptive Local Segmentation
We propose a new dense local stereo matching framework for gray-level images based on an adaptive local segmentation using a dynamic threshold. We define a new validity domain of the fronto-parallel assumption based on the local intensity variations in the 4-neighborhood of the matching pixel. The preprocessing step smoothes low textured areas and sharpens texture edges, whereas the postprocess...

Color processing imposes a new constraint on stereo vision algorithms: The assumption of constant color on object surfaces used to align local correlation windows with object boundaries has improved the accuracy of recent window based stereo algorithms significantly. While several algorithms have been presented that work with adaptive correlation windows defined by color similarity, only a few ...
متن کاملLight Field Assisted Stereo Matching using Depth from Focus and Image-Guided Cost-Volume Filtering
Light field photography advances upon current digital imaging technology by making it possible to adjust focus after capturing a photograph. This capability is enabled by an array of microlenses mounted above the image sensor, allowing the camera to simultaneously capture both light intensity and approximate angle of incidence. The ability to adjust focus after capture makes light field photogr...
متن کاملHierarchical region based stereo matching
Often, stereo matching is treated as two quite independent subprocesses: segmentation, followed by matching. In this paper, we treat these processes as naturally related, with partial matching results feeding back into the segmentation and both proceeding simultaneously in a cooperative fashion. We consider regions as the primitives to be matched, and our implementation is based upon maintainin...
متن کاملImproved Adaptive-Support Stereo Matching Using Local Features
Stereo matching is a process of estimating the disparity for every pixel in a pair of stereo images. Among the various stereo-matching algorithms, the adaptive supportweight (ASW) approach is the most representative local method that determines the disparity by using statistical correlation within a local support window. In the ASW approach, the degree of correspondence between two pixels withi...
