Local development from the perspective of community leadership

This research work submits an analysis of community leadership, in order to know the social perspectives that can arise organized communities. In this sense, was based on qualitative Postpositivism, ethnographic type, using in-depth interview as a technique. The results reveal local development is subject actions leaders who participate communities and these actors represent indispensable figures for growth improvement leader encourages integration, motivation leads decision-making favor common good. Finally, conclusions focus promotion with commitment, promote continue those currently direct guide groups good
