چکیده
Stimulating hormone for artificial fish breeding in hatchery industry is very crucial hatching operation, healthy fry and fingerling production, while overall production of a country. The present study was conducted to assess the effectiveness using local overseas Carp Pituitary Gland (CPG) induced Cirrhinus mrigala at Jashore district from April May 2022. first dose hormone, both male female brood fishes were injected with CPG 0.5mg/kg body weight. After six hours dose, only second PG 5 mg/kg 6 injection PGs, started spawning. ovulation rates PGs estimated 100%. fertilization 93.5 % 92.6 PGs; 91.2% 89.5%, respectively. However, highly recommended owners considering rate fertilization, availability. Asian J. Med. Biol. Res. 2022, 8 (3), 146-153

Effects of Deltamethrin on Haematological Indices of Indian Major Carp, Cirrhinus Mrigala (hamilton)
Deltamethrin is a pyrethroid ester insecticide widely used in agricultural and non agricultural purposes in India, creates a serious threat to the environment as well as target and non target organisms. The present investigation was undertaken to study the effect of lethal (8mg/L) and sublethal (0.8mg/L) deltamethrin level on selected haematological indices of Cirrhinus mrigala. The target fish...
متن کاملTotal Aromatic Amino Acid Requirement of the Indian Major Carp, Cirrhinus Mrigala (hamilton-buchanan)
Quantification of the essential amino acid requirements of a species is required for formulating optimal diets for cultivated fish. In this study, crystalline L-phenylalanine was used to determine the quantitative phenylalanine requirement of juvenile Cirrhinus mrigala. Test diets (40% crude protein) contained vitamin-free casein and gelatin supplemented with crystalline L-amino acids to provid...
متن کاملDietary Threonine Requirement of Indian Major Carp, Cirrhinus Mrigala (hamilton), Juveniles
A growth study was conducted to determine the dietary threonine requirement of juveniles of the Indian major carp (Cirrhinus mrigala) known as “mrigal”. Diets containing casein and gelatin as sources of intact proteins were supplemented with crystalline amino acids to obtain a crude protein content of 40%. Six diets with different levels of threonine (1.0, 1.3, 1.5, 1.7, 1.9 and 2.1%) were fed ...
متن کاملEffect of dietary Spirulina on reduction of copper toxicity and improvement of growth, blood parameters and phosphatases activities in carp, Cirrhinus mrigala (Hamilton, 1822).
The effect of Spirulina supplementation on reduction of copper toxicity based on food utilization, phosphatases activities and selected haematological parameters was studied in a freshwater cultivable fish C. mrigala. Metal concentration in medium, body tissues and fecal matter was also analysed. Sublethal exposure of C. mrigala fed Spirulina-free diet significantly reduced the consumption and ...
متن کاملImpact of Cypermethrin on enzyme activities in the freshwater fish Cirrhinus mrigala (Hamilton)
Freshwater fish Cirrhinus mrigala were exposed to lethal concentration (5 mg/L) for 1,2,3,4 days and sublethal concentration (1 mg/L) for 1,7,14,21 days of cypermethrin to examine the enzymes activity, in functionally three different tissues namely, gill, liver and muscle. Activities of Aspartate aminotransferase (AAT), Alanine aminotransferase (AlAT) and Glutamate dehydrogenase (GDH) increased...
