LNG Transportation Routes Risk Assessment Based on Group Decision Making

The risk assessment of liquefied natural gas (LNG) transportation routes has raised researchers' concerns in recent years, which is a group multi-criteria decision-making (GMCDM) problems that involves experts' opinions from different fields. To improve the effectiveness evaluating process, this paper proposes method to recognize potential risks and selects best LNG route. Firstly, authors construct systematic evaluation indices, including four first-level indices (political, economic, transportation, operation management risks) nine second-level indices. Then novel route developed, opinion representation, consensus measurement detection, personalized feedback, selection process. Finally, scenario analysis provided model process demonstrate soundness applicability presented model.
