چکیده
Abstract Introduction/Objective Lipoblastoma-like tumor of the vulva (LLTV) is a rare, benign mesenchymal neoplasm adipocytic differentiation that typically presents as vulvar mass in young women, clinically mimicking Bartholin gland abnormality. The well-circumscribed and multilobulated, composed mature adipocytes, uniloculated lipoblasts bland spindle cells. Morphologic features often overlap with lipoblastoma, myxoid liposarcoma, cell lipoma; however, absent alterations PLAG1 HMGA2 distinguish it from lack DDIT3 gene rearrangement distinguishes liposarcoma. While Rb1 usually demonstrates “mosaic” pattern expression, no definitive evidence structural abnormality 13q has been identified. Methods/Case Report A 24-year-old female presented mild discomfort persistent swelling right for one year, which was initially thought to be cyst. Physical examination revealed marked asymmetry between left vulva, ultrasound an ovoid, hypoechoic, solid- appearing (4.7 x 2.5 1.1 cm). She subsequently underwent excision diagnosis treatment. Results (if Case Study enter NA) specimen showed relatively multi-lobulated subcutaneous stroma thin fibrous septa. mixture cells, adipocytes. No significant nuclear atypia, necrosis or mitotic activity Immunohistochemical stains cells were negative keratin cocktail, S100 protein, SMA, Desmin. CD34 highlighted vessels within lesion, "mosaic" weak expression. Conclusion tends occur Recognition this rare entity distinction mimics including liposarcoma essential avoid overly aggressive Complete conservative recommended.

PRIMARY LIPOSARCOMA OF THE STOMACH: A RARE MESENCHYMAL TUMOR
Gastric liposarcoma is very rare such that only a few cases have been reported to date. We present a case of a 62 - year - old diabetic man who presented with epigastric pain, vomiting, constipation and melena. The physical examination was unremarkable. By computed tomography (CT), a large mass with low attenuation value was seen in the left abdominal cavity. Histologic examination of a ga...
متن کاملMyxoid liposarcoma: a rare soft-tissue tumor with a misleading benign appearance
BACKGROUND Lipoma is by far the most common of all benign soft-tissue tumors which far outnumber malignant tumors. Soft-tissue sarcomas are malignant tumors and are usually named for the type of tissue in which they begin. Liposarcoma (LPS), which arises in the fatty tissue, is rather an uncommon soft-tissue tumor. Multiple histologic subtypes of liposarcoma are recognized, including myxoid lip...

متن کاملSclerosing Stromal Tumor: A Rare Ovarian Neoplasm
Ovarian sex cord-stromal tumors are relatively infrequent neoplasms that account for approximately 8% of all primary ovarian neoplasm. Sex cord-stromal tumors of the ovary include granulosa cell tumors, fibrothecomas, Sertoli-Leydigcell tumors, steroid cell tumors, and sclerosing stromal tumors (SST). Sclerosing stromal tumors account for 2% to 6% of ovarian stromal tumors. Despite the rarity o...
