ABSTRACT Objective: To evaluate the dimensional change of edentulous models made high density laboratory silicones at different storagetimes. Methods: A metallic master model simulating an maxilla was used. The had projections 1.8 cm located in regions canines (A and B) molars (C D) allowing linear measurement distances AB, BC, CD, DA, AC BD. silicone mold for duplication following materials (n = 10): G1: Zetalabor 85, G2: Titanium 95, G3: Platinum 95 G4: Gypsum type III (control). samples were photographed measured using a software (Image J) times T1 (baseline) T2 (after one week fabrication). data statistically analyzed Kruskal- Wallis Dun non-parametric tests (α 0.05). Results: storage time influenced behavior evaluated. All groups presented changes both group Tit95 best results. Only Zet85 showed related to region model. Conclusions: satisfactory results when compared gypsum group. most stable material it can be recommended as total protheses.
