چکیده

In an Internet-of-Things system supported by Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6), the Routing for Low-Power and Lossy Networks (RPL) presents extensive applications in various network scenarios. these novel scenarios characterized access of massive devices, path recovery, which reconstructs complete packet transmission, plays a vital role measurement, topology inference, information security. This paper proposes Lightweight Path recovery algorithm (LiPa) multi-hop point-to-point communication. The core idea LiPa is to make full use spatial temporal recover unknown paths iteratively. Specifically, refer potential correlations between different within time slot status during slots, respectively. To verify effect our proposal, we separately analyze performance leveraging information, their composition simulations. We also compare with two state-of-the-art methods terms accuracy gain–loss ratio. experiment results show that significantly outperforms all its counterpart algorithms settings. Thus, can be considered as promising approach packet-level minor loss great adaptability.

Securing Internet of Things with Lightweight IPsec

Real-world deployments of wireless sensor networks (WSNs) require secure communication. It is important that a receiver is able to verify that sensor data was generated by trusted nodes. In some cases it may also be necessary to encrypt sensor data in transit. Recently, WSNs and traditional IP networks are more tightly integrated using IPv6 and 6LoWPAN. Available IPv6 protocol stacks can use IP...

Low-power Interoperability for the IPv6-based Internet of Things

The Internet of Things requires interoperability and low power consumption, but interoperability and low power consumption have thus far been mutually exclusive. This talk outlines the challenges in attaining low power operation for the IPv6-based Internet of Things, how this affects interop-erability, and what must be done to combine the two. Research and standardization has come a long way to...
