<p><em>Building maintenance is an activity to maintain the reliability of building so that it remains functional following Regulation Minister Public Works No. 24 / PRT M 2008 concerning Building Maintenance Guidelines; includes architectural, structural, and mechanical maintenance. This problem must be considered during construction realize use structures fulfil requirements for efficiency, environmental harmony, safety, health, comfort, convenience. With regular maintenance, can achieve its design life with a minor frequency damage repair. The cost will increase yearly according inflation in each region. study aims analyze costs Sports Center using LCC (Life Cycle Cost) method architectural aspects (walls, ceilings, floors) within next 20 years. Life cycle (LCCs) are required by over plan. approach assesses total asset cycle, including initial capital costs, operating residual value at end life. study's findings demonstrate how create model predicting costs. According this, spend IDR </em><em>1.445.082.148,15 on 280.180.770,42 ceiling 338.260.528,79 walls, 826.640.848,94 flooring.</em><em></em></p>
