In the past few decades, Building Information Modeling (BIM) has been widely used worldwide in industry of architecture, engineering dan construction (AEC). This scope is started from material manufacturing to project. So, this industry, which one most complex industries, requires improvements time and cost efficiency.. The purpose paper provide best practice using BIM buildings infrastructure. research method project based evaluation. Project evaluation carried out on projects, namely building structures include bored piles, pile cap, plates, shear walls, columns, beams. second bridge focuses structural work single double pillars. results as evaluations show that difference volume for each element ranges 0.03% 1.13%. with total between conventional recalculation modeling around 0.358%. While showed a 12,965.66 kg pillar 48,233.51 produces larger estimated 13,482.72 49,827.70 pillars
