Legal consciousness as a prerequisite for person’s lawful behavior: retrospective view, modern interpretation

The basics for legal consciousness as a prerequisite lawful behavior of person have been investigated. It has noted that in today’s conditions the term “legal consciousness” is understood broadly, it covers, which paradoxical or insufficiently correct from critical point view, both conscious and unconscious sphere inner world man, is, there need to distinguish between concepts subconsciousness”.
