چکیده
Purpose. Research on the process intensification of gold-bearing product hydrometallurgical processing based mechanochemical milling initial sulphide material. Methods. Mechanochemical activating (oxidation) concentrate under conditions superfine milling, sulphite-thiosulphate leaching milled after liquid phase separation. The float sample with a particle size -0.074 mm, Au content is 15.5 g/t tested. When loading into mill an weighing 300 g, 600 ml calcium hydroxide solution concentration 143 g/l are added. weight balls loaded in relation to 10:1. remainder solid subjected lea-ching reagent. Findings. A sharp increase 10 µm fractions (from 14.05 34.63%) has been determined, and mass fraction gold final decreases from 13.0 g/t. This corresponds recovery at this stage level 16%. It found that additional supply 1 copper sulphate for it possible reduce 8.3 Thus, increases 16 48%. During process, partial by reagents formed its own sulphur revealed. transition caused formation water-soluble hydrosulphide complex during (AuS). As result reagent, 27% recovered. Originality. Phase transformations beneficiary as activation have determined. For first time implemented intensify mineral raw materials. Practical implications. research results can be used technological processes refractory ores technogenic

Intensification Behavior of Mercury Ions on Gold Cyanide Leaching
Cyanidation is the main method used to extract gold from gold raw materials; however, a serious problem with this method is the low leaching rate. In order to improve gold leaching, the intensification behavior of mercury ions on gold cyanide leaching, for two types of materials, sulphide gold concentrate and oxide gold ore, was investigated. The results showed that mercury ions, with only a 10...

Biopulping, the treatment of wood chips by white rot fungi and subsequent chip refining is envisioned as a method for saving energy and making a stronger paper product. The present study aims to find suitability of two fungal isolates Phellinus pectinatus and Daedaleopsis confragosa for the process of biopulping and the characteristion of the biologically pretreated raw materials for biopulping...
متن کاملHorizontal Standardization and Harmonization of Leaching Test Methods for Waste, Secondary Raw Materials, Construction Materials and (contaminated) Soil
In recent years, a lot of work has been carried out in evaluating environmental impact from a wide variety of materials in a wide range of different applications. The continously recurring inability to compare results between different jurisdictions and between disciplines can be resolved by focusing on a limited number of key test methods. This does require the recognition that many existing t...
