Mast cells significantly increase and activate in psoriasis lesions are involved psoriatic inflammation. Neuroblast differentiation-associated protein (AHNAK) mainly express skin, esophagus, kidney other organs, which participates the differentiation of neurons, formation cytoskeletal structure muscular regeneration, calcium homeostasis process. Whether AHNAK is mast cell activation unclear, mechanisms AHNAK-induced skin inflammation also need investigation.
