Law as justice? Rawlsian foundations of non-positivism

Background: This paper offers an interpretation of John Rawls’s philosophy as applied to jurisprudence.
 Research purpose: The purpose is interpret the ideal original position a device non-positivist jurisprudence, which help us better understand theoretical bond between justice and law, well make case for non-positivism.
 Methods: Analytical conceptual analysis, reflective equilibrium
 Conclusions: argues that Rawlsian can be in constructing conception within scheme moral considerations are indispensable when determining legal validity.
