Laser-assisted synthesis of metallic composite nanostructures in aqueous solutions

چکیده
Abstract The method of pulsed laser ablation in liquids (PLAL) is applied for synthesis composite nanostructures on the basis TiO x and ZnO combined with noble metals like Au, Pt Pd. metallic plate immersed water ablated by nanosecond Nd:YAG irradiation. Its fundamental wavelength fourth harmonic are used, respectively, to produce modify morphology structure nano-objects. procedure consists two consecutive steps: selected metal targets followed unfocused beam irradiation initial colloids nanostructures. phase composition, structural shape size morphological features were assessed analytical – transmission electron microscopy (TEM) its main modes Bright Field TEM (BF TEM), High Resolution (HRTEM) Selected Area Electron Diffraction (SAED). Formation bimetallic polycrystalline alloys Pt/Ti(Ti O y ) Pd/Ti(Ti core-shell nanoparticles was founded.
