چکیده

Lanthanum doped Z n 0.5 C o L a x F e 2 ? O 4 spinel ferrites were synthesized through the co-precipitation technique. To characterize structural, vibrational, electro-optical, dielectric, and thermoelectric properties, following characterization techniques X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transformation infrared (FTIR) Raman spectroscopy, I–V measurement analysis, UV–vis LCR meter, Seebeck Energy dispersive analysis (EDX) used. The XRD patterns showed nano-crystalline single-phase structure formation. Moreover, lattice constant increased from 8.3909 ± 0.0042 Å to 8.3994 Å, crystallite size reduced 33.6 17.5 nm with increasing La 3+ cations. bond angles stronger A – B interactions weak addition of . FTIR spectra existence M stretching band functional group study. resistivity, optical gap, activation energy had maximum values at = 0.1. At room temperature (RT), dielectric parameters recorded between range 8 Hz MHz. voltage coefficient was obtained for as-prepared nano-ferrites determine charge carrier type. EDX compositional distribution elements in all samples. • nano ferrite powder prepared via route.
