LANDSLIDE VULNERABILITY MAP OF BARANGAY FATIMA, PANTABANGAN, NUEVA ECIJA

Landslides are catastrophic geological risks that unexpected. This study aims to develop a Landslide Vulnerability Map of Barangay Fatima, Pantabangan, Nueva Ecija. Mapping has been developed mitigate the adverse effect landslide. interprets and integrate landslide factors; elevation, slope, rainfall, soil classification, land cover, proximity road fault lines generate vulnerability map. The eigenvectors rendered by experts engaged evaluated for consistency obtain credible acceptable findings using AHP. results showed rainfall had largest eigenvector (32.66%), then slope (20.80%), texture (15.96%), line (14.02%), cover (8.27%), (4.63%), elevation (3.66%). suggests more important than other factors. Moreover, monitoring occurrences in area is advised so future research can confirm model's conclusions.
