Hybrid perovskite solar cell technology has a distinct advantage over the conventional technologies due to its high predicted efficiency and low manufacturing cost. However, commercialization is hindered by unpredictability existing in J-V characteristics leading ambiguous estimation. Modeling hysteresis means of curtailing this ambiguity. It established literature that models can be derived from non-linear behavior ferroelectric materials. Perovskite, which forms light absorbing region material. In paper, an equivalent circuit model for hybrid proposed reasons origin characterized as varying capacitance hysteresis. A Landau–Khalatnikov subcircuit portrays variation principal addition include effect. The parameters are estimated inherent properties perovskites. Hence, completely physics based it links material property parameters.
