LABORATORY AND OPERATING TESTING OF HIGH-ALLOY STEEL PIPES MADE BY THE LATEST TECHNOLOGIES

The purpose of the research: evaluation quality and durability for pipes made high-alloyed austenitic ferritic-austenitic steels, which are manufactured at PJSC "CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE" using latest technologies, by conducting complex laboratory studies long-term operational tests chemical industry enterprises. Materials methods: research materials were experimental chromium-nickel-molybdenum steels new generation, technologies. microstructure was investigated metallography electron microscopy developed improved methods. Corrosive researches in terms included a test on firmness against local types corrosion inherent high-alloy steels: intergranular (IGC), pitting (PC), cracking (CC) sulfide stress (SSCC). mechanical properties determined tensile impact bending tests. Long-term carried out conditions industrial production enterprises apparatus urea caustic soda production.
