چکیده
A label-free colorimetric method based on exonuclease I (Exo I)-assisted signal amplification with protamine as a medium was developed for analysis of kanamycin. In this study, double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) probe tailored by manipulating an aptamer and its complementary (cDNA) ensuring detection target high selectivity excellent sensitivity. Herein, could not only combine negatively charged gold nanoparticles but also interaction polyanion DNA. Upon addition kanamycin, the target-aptamer complex formed cDNA released. Thus, both be digested Exo I, captured kanamycin liberated triggering recycling amplification. Under optimized conditions, proposed realized low limit 2.8 × 10?14 M along wide linear range plus selectivity. Our strategy exhibited enormous potentials fabricate various kinds biosensors target-induced configuration changes.

Gold nanoparticle-based exonuclease III signal amplification for highly sensitive colorimetric detection of folate receptor.
By combining terminal protection of small molecule (folate)-capped DNA probes, exonuclease III signal amplification and gold nanoparticles, we developed a simple and label-free colorimetric assay for highly sensitive detection of folate receptor (FR). A detection limit of 50 fM FR was obtained using UV-vis spectrometry and 10 pM FR could be visualized by the naked eye.

We describe a new method for the detection of miRNA in biological samples. This technology is based on the isothermal nicking enzyme amplification reaction and subsequent hybridization of the amplification product with gold nanoparticles and magnetic microparticles (barcode system) to achieve naked-eye colorimetric detection. This platform was used to detect a specific miRNA (miRNA-10b) associa...

In this paper, we describe a simple and highly sensitive fluorescence strategy of mercury ions based on exonuclease III (Exo III)-aided target recycling amplification to ensure sensitivity. With an ultra high sensitivity (1 pM), our strategy has been simple and cost-effective, which does not need any artificial modification fluorescence groups, and can be carried out in a pot. It also shows exc...
متن کاملHighly sensitive protein detection via covalently linked aptamer to MoS2 and exonuclease-assisted amplification strategy
Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) has shown highly attractive superiority as a platform for sensing. However, DNA physisorption on the surface of MoS2 was susceptible to nonspecific probe displacement and false-positive signals. To solve these problems, we have developed a novel MoS2-aptamer nanosheet biosensor for detecting thrombin using a covalently linked aptamer to the MoS2 nanosheet. Ten percen...
