چکیده
Carrot (Daucus carota L.) seed quality is affected by umbel position due to uneven maturation of carrot seeds produced in different orders. However, keeping this view, we tested whether could be improved with the suppression tertiary umbels under exogenous auxin application. Using auxin-producing bacterial isolates, i.e., Bacillus sp. MN54, Enterobacter MN17, Pantoea MN34, and Burkholderia phytofirmans PsJN, arrangements order were evaluated terms production. The results revealed that production plant-growth-promoting rhizobacteria showed significant differences among measured growth indices, yield, attributes. selected endophytic strains co-applied via foliar application all growth- yield-related traits, as well enzymatic activities carrots. Noticeably, MN17+L-tryptophan MN34+L-tryptophan effectively minimized number increasing secondary umbels. Furthermore, treating PsJN+L-tryptophan resulted reduced conductivity leachates malondialdehyde levels primary, secondary, seeds. These findings collectively indicate potential alter arrangement, leading yield quality. This study implies producers can consider employing specific PGPB strains, particularly MN34+L-tryptophan, suppress achieve higher yields high-quality

Effect of Co-Application of Auxin-Producing Plant Growth Promoting Bacteria and Tryptophan on Wheat Growth under Water Stress Conditions
Auxin produced by plant growth-promoting bacteria (PGPR) in the wheat rhizosphere, can improve plant yield under water deficit stress condition. To investigate this issue, a completely randomized factorial design with three replications was conducted under greenhouse condition at the University of Maragheh, Eastern-Azarbayjan, Iran during 2019. Treatments were two types of growth-promoting bact...

Black cumin (Nigella sativa L.) Yield Affected by Irrigation and Plant Growth Promoting Bacteria
This study was conducted to assess the effects of irrigation and plant growth promoting bactera on seed yield and qualitative characteristics of Black cumin (Nigella sativa L.) at the Experimental Station of the Research Institute of Forest and Rangeland, Damavan region, Iran. A split-plot experimental design, based on Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with three replications, was used. I...
متن کاملAuxin Producing Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria Improve Growth, Physiology and Yield of Maize under Saline Field Conditions
Soil salinity is one of the most widespread agricultural problems which reduce the field crop productivity. Salinity disturbs the hormonal balance in plants which results in poor growth. Use of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) is considered an economical and environment-friendly approach to combat salinity stress. This study was carried out to investigate the effect of auxin producin...
متن کاملInvestigating the effects of plant growth promoting bacteria and Glomus Mosseae on cadmium phytoremediation by Eucalyptus camaldulensis L.
This research aims to study the effect of Mycorrizal fungus and Plant-Growth-Promoting Bacteria (PGPB) on Cadmium (Cd) uptake by one-year-old Eucalyptus Camaldulensis seedlings. The treatments have involved three levels of heavy metal (0, 30, and 60 mg/kg) for Cd, and three bacterial levels (no bacteria (B0), Bacillus (Ba105), and Pseudomonas (Ps36, Ps448)), inoculated with mycorrhizal fungus G...
