چکیده

At present, Hepatocarcinoma is one of the main causes tumor related death all over world. However, there are still many clinical restrictions on treatment liver cancer. Recently, L-Selenocystine has been shown to be a novel for tumors, especially human glioma cells. But, mechanism against hepatocellular carcinoma remains unclear. Therefore, objective this study was investigate effects HepG2 cell proliferation and activation reactive oxygen species (ROS) mediated signaling pathway. can significantly inhibit by activating caspase-3 cleaving PARP induce apoptosis. Moreover, excessive production ROS influence Bax pathway which promote apoptosis key factors date suggest that signal transduction may provide certain reference significance induced

Silver Nanoparticles Induce HePG-2 Cells Apoptosis Through ROS-Mediated Signaling Pathways

Recently, silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) have been shown to provide a novel approach to overcome tumors, especially those of hepatocarcinoma. However, the anticancer mechanism of silver nanoparticles is unclear. Thus, the purpose of this study was to estimate the effect of AgNPs on proliferation and activation of ROS-mediated signaling pathway on human hepatocellular carcinoma HePG-2 cells. A sim...

Polyphyllin VII induces apoptosis in HepG2 cells through ROS-mediated mitochondrial dysfunction and MAPK pathways.

BACKGROUND Paris polyphylla is an oriental folk medicine that has anticancer activities both in vivo and in vitro. Polyphyllin VII (PP7), a pennogenyl saponin from P. polyphylla has been found to exert strong anticancer activity. However, the underlying mechanisms are poorly understood. In the present study, the anticancer effect of polyphyllin VII against human liver cancer cells and the molec...

Perfluorooctanesulfonate (PFOS) Induces Apoptosis Signaling and Proteolysis in Human Lymphocytes through ROS Mediated Mitochondrial Dysfunction and Lysosomal Membrane Labialization

Perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) such as perfluorooctanesulfonate (PFOS) are stable chemicals that accumulate in biological matrix. Toxicity of these compounds including immunotoxicity has been demonstrated in experimental models and wildlife. Although limited number of studies examined the effects of PFOS on human lymphocytes but so far no research has investigated the complete mechanisms of PF...

Triterpenoid pristimerin induced HepG2 cells apoptosis through ROS-mediated mitochondrial dysfunction.

PURPOSE To investigate the anticancer properties implicated in a natural triterpenoid (pristimerin)-induced apoptosis and inhibited proliferation in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) HepG2 cell line. METHODS The cytotoxic activity of pristimerin in HepG2 cells was determined by MTT assay. Apoptotic morphology was observed by fluorescence microscope with Hoechst 33258 staining and percent a...
