Knowledge Management Infrastructure on Organizational Performance in Indonesian Science Institutions (LIPI): Mediation Effects of Knowledge Management Process

As a research institution, the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI) plays crucial role in driving innovation and leveraging knowledge to improve people's welfare nation's competitiveness. This study analyzes impact management on performance science technology correctional-based organizations at LIPI. aims determine relationship between management, including infrastructure processes, organizational performance. The sample used this were employees responsible for dissemination five service work units LIPI, with total 115 respondents. analytical method utilized is quantitative using SEM PLS. results demonstrates that: (1) There significantly positive process; (2) effect performance; (3) significant process (4) mediates indicated that correctional service-based unit LIPI have implemented practices well terms processes.
