Jump serve is the difficult among all other volleyball serves. It has relatively short time of flight because ball travels with greater velocity and topspin which leads to a fast drop down ball. A powerful jump often results an ace either opponent may not get adequate for reception or player control on received In serve, from behind end line, hit in air inside court land at middle court. effect, when comparing serves by standing line; contact takes place This allows served travel less distance speed towards opponents’ Considering importance present research investigates its characteristics through video analysis.
