Key Structure Design and Experiment of Air-Suction Vegetable Seed-Metering Device

The air-suction precision seed-metering device is prone to the instability of seed adsorption state, which arises from blockage suction hole and leads uneven seeding. This paper analyzed determined key structural parameters plate, then established an mechanics model during migration process designed structure with aim improving uniformity high-speed direct seeding vegetables. Furthermore, we used DEM-CFD coupling method analyze influence law seeds on change flow field different types. Results showed that turbulent kinetic energy (202.65 m2?s?2) force (0.029 N) B-type are largest, best fluid domain for plate. Moreover, Adams meshing between knock-out wheel affirming rationality design. Finally, in order improve working efficiency device, performed one-factor response surface experiments performance using optimized as experimental object. Analysis weights across each factor evaluation indicators revealed optimal combination namely a seed-throwing angle 13°, speed 14.5 km/h, negative pressure 3.1 kPa. verification corresponding indicators, qualified, multiple, missing indexes 95.9, 1.2%, 2.9%, respectively.
