چکیده
With the aim of identifying key factors explaining severe pollution events that occur under impact Northeast monsoon during winter period in Hanoi, a two-month campaign was carried out (11 January to 22 March 2019). The local meteorological parameters and origin air masses were investigated, notably using Doppler Lidar, structure boundary layer thoroughly studied elastic Lidar measurements for first time Hanoi. Four heavily polluted occurred campaign, which associated with hazy days; highest daily PM2.5 concentrations reached ~130 ?g m?3 while mean concentration 45 ± 25 m?3. These Hanoi mainly related LRT coming from China besides emission or other regions Vietnam. BLH proved be one controlling Indeed, showed maximum hourly varied 700m 1200m cloudy days, it always below 1000m days. lower on days weakened vertical mixing directly an increase aerosol at surface.

Dispersion of atmospheric air pollution in summer and winter season
Seasonal variation of air pollution is associated with variety of seasons and specificity of particular months which form the so-called summer and winter season also known as the "heating" season. The occurrence of higher values of air pollution in different months of a year is associated with the type of climate, and accordingly with different atmospheric conditions in particular months, chang...
متن کاملWater-air CO2 fluxes in the Tagus estuary plume (Portugal) during two distinct winter episodes
BACKGROUND Estuarine plumes are frequently under strong influence of land-derived inputs of organic matter. These plumes have characteristic physical and chemical conditions, and their morphology and extent in the coastal area depends strongly on physical conditions such as river discharge, tides and wind action. In this work we investigate the physical dynamics of the Tagus estuary plume and t...
متن کاملWinter Refuge for Aedes aegypti and Ae. albopictus Mosquitoes in Hanoi during Winter
Dengue occurs throughout the year in Hanoi, Vietnam, despite winter low temperatures <10°C. During July 2010 to March 2012, we surveyed monthly for Aedes larvae and pupae in 120 houses in 8 Hanoi districts. Aedes albopictus preferred discarded containers in summer and pupal density drastically decreased in winter. Aedes aegypti preferred concrete tanks and this preference increased in winter. E...
