Kesalahan Penerjemahan Harf jar Pembentuk Idiom pada Mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa Arab

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the translation errors harf jar which form idioms from Arabic Indonesian. Idioms are combinations words that produce a new meaning different component it. Methodology: method used in research descriptive qualitative. was conducted on students who studying translation, and accustomed using literal or grammatical techniques. Findings: Problems occur when want get equivalent with letters. results showed made by were generally intralingual errors, caused limited understanding changes idioms, macrolinguistic incorrect cross-cultural interpretations.
