Abstract.
 The Covid-19 has put Indonesia on the verge of an economic recession, causing companies to drastically decline. Therefore, purpose this study is find out activities PT. X Regional III-West Java in improving corporate image through CSR Free Online Learning Program. research method used a qualitative with case approach. By using triangulation source data analysis techniques. results found that brand PT.X was considered very positive by people village Melatiwangi, so it experienced increase and good company. approach taken conducting outreach conducted directly community regarding installation wifi technology seminar carried also direct community. process firstly determining concept, then looking for information, brainstorming, coordinating, surveying. There are obstacles occur field implementation free online learning csr program because unavailability network, no access points available, distance between beneficiaries far.
 Abstrak. Pandemi telah membuat berada di ambang resesi ekonomi sehingga menyebabkan perusahaan-perusahaan menurun secara drastis. Maka dari itu,tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kegiatan III-Jawa Barat dalam meningkatkan melalui Program Bebas Belajar Online. Metode yang digunakan adalah Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Studi Kasus. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis triangulasi sumber. Hasil pada ditemukan bahwa dinilai sangat positif oleh masyarajat desa melatiwangi, mengalami peningkatan dan citra baik terhadap perusaan. Pendekatan dilakukan melakukan penyuluhan langsung kepada masyarakat mengenai pemasangan teknologi serta juga merupakan masyarakat. Proses pertama penentuan konsep, lalu mencari informasi, berkoordinasi, suvey. Ada hambatan terjadi dilapangan pelaksanaan bebas belajar karena tidak tersedianya jaringan bagus, tersedia akses point, jarak antara penerima manfaat jauh.
