Kebugaran jasmani pada siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakulikuler futsal

چکیده
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada siswa ekstrakulikuler futsal. desktiptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei. Dilakukannya tes dan pengukuran instrumen sesuai dengan Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI) usia 13-15 tahun menentukan siswa. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 20 putra yang mengikuti futsal di Madrasah Tssanawiyah Negeri 1 Pontianak. Data diperoleh dilapangan berupa hasil TKJI. Selanjutnya data dianalisis deskriptif persentase, perhitungan dibantu Software Microsoft Excel. Hasil terdapat 5 kategori sedang persentase 25%, 14 70% katagori kurang sekali 5% sebanyak Kesimpulan masih rendah berada kurang.
