Job Satisfaction of Newly Recruited Civil Servants of Bangladesh

 A quantitative survey-based study was conducted to evaluate the job satisfaction level of newly recruited civil servants Bangladesh whose service time is 1.5 5 years. total 225 from ten different cadres responded survey on fourteen aspects job. An additional response also taken overall satisfaction. The result reveals that are dissatisfied with eight (salary, promotion policy, posting place, transfer training facilities, foreign tour recognition for good work and participation in decision making). On other hand, respondents satisfied six (job security, status, working environment, relation boss, colleagues autonomy work). But considering everything account they their Cronbach's Alpha test data reliability shows reliable having value .830 whereas normal Q-Q Plot variables all independent normally distributed. For Pearson Correlation, there exists a significant positive correlation between variables. current suggests further studies be carried out investigate causes dissatisfaction identify which contribute most servants.
