The lifestyle of world citizens has suffered an unprecedented impact as a result the health crisis caused by COVID-19. Economies and worldwide societies expect huge damages comparable to that war. To effects this on employment wages must be added those produced in workplace, with foreseeable increase job strain, not only security reasons workplace but also work-life balance, training promotion possibilities, etc. This research analyses economic situation health, influence labour strain quality. Using OECD data structural equation model, we have investigated relationship between economy, quality job, balance well-being. importance safeness is one items for evaluating particularly when they become even more crucial pandemic times. issue implicates real risk individual social stressful workers. main contribution our paper relies establishing prove causal relations among variables related well-being quality, including at workplace. Considering will probably reinforced after pandemic, like COVID-19, actual relevance analysed topic achieved results becomes crucial.
