Introduction . Post-acne post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation most often develops in patients with moderate to severe acne. pigmentation can be persistent and last from months several years, which has a negative impact on the patients’ quality of life. It occurs at any age same frequency men women. Aim To evaluate effect dermatocosmetic products – triple serum (containing thiamidol, salicylic acid lycochalcone A) SPF30 fluid for problematic skin condition post-acne hyperpigmentation. Material methods A total 57 localized facial were under observation. The was 22.4 ± 2.7 years. 32 diagnosed mild PIH, 25 PIH. All used dermocosmetic such as skin. Efficacy evaluated due account mexametry findings, GSS, dermatology life index. Digital data processed using standard medical statistical methods: calculation arithmetic mean value (X), square deviation (σ), Student’s t-test (t). Results After 12 weeks mexometric index decreased: 92.7 85.9% respectively. DLQ reduced by 84.9 83.8% end treatment, Conclusions use innovative containing licochalcon effectively reduces pigmentation. noted good organoleptic properties: application comfort excellent tolerability products.
