Democratic reforms in the political, legal and economic spheres are being implemented step by Uzbekistan. The aimed to protect rights freedoms of citizens. A lot work has been done our country connection with extensive reform judicial system direction such goals. In particular, it is worth note that carried out harmonization criminal criminal-procedural legislation humanitarian principles. Emphasizing not enough fight against crime only through means, effective organization activities this regard can be achieved a combination quick-search investigative activities. Author consider necessity create an opportunity for timely prevention, elimination exposure acts opposing special measures corresponding hidden, masked organized actions persons committing crime.
